Enameled flat wire is a winding wire made of oxygen-free copper rod or electrician's round aluminum rod after being drawn or extruded by a standard mold. The drawn bare wire is softened by annealing and then painted and baked for many times. Mainly used in windings of transformers, reactors and other electrical equipment.

Conductor material:

Enamelled flat wire with soft copper flat wire in accordance with the provisions of GB55842-2009, 20℃ resistivity ≤0.017241 ω ·mm2/m, according to different mechanical strength requirements.

Soft aluminum flat wire for enamelled flat wire is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 55843-2009. 20℃ resistivity ≤0.02801 ω ·mm2/m, according to different insulation requirements, can use thin film 0.06 ~ 0.11mm or thick film 0.12-0.17mm.

The thickness of self-adhesive layer of hot-bonded enamelled flat wire is generally 0.03 ~ 0.06mm. Our company adopts dielectric loss meter to monitor.

According to different mechanical strength requirements, the prescribed non-proportional extension strength Rp0.2 standard range for semi-hard copper conductors is as follows:

C1rp0.2 (>100 ~ 180)N/mm2, c2RP0.2 (> 180 ~ 220)N/mm2, c3RP0.2 (> 220 ~ 260)N/mm2.
